“SPECIAL” TOWN MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that a “Special” Town Meeting for the Town of Cross Plains in the County of Dane State of Wisconsin, for transaction of “Special” business as is by law required or permitted to be transacted at such meeting, will be held at Community Center, 3734 County P in said Town on Wednesday, April 23, 2008 at 10:30 a.m. for the purpose for adjourning into closed session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel with respect to litigation the Town is involved in.
