Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission Agenda

The Plan Commission of the Town of Cross Plains will meet on Monday April 28, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. in the Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. Elect a vice-chair.

3. Discussion/action about having a secretary for the Plan Commission.

4. Discussion/action on rezone application by Shamrock Farms to rezone lands in Sec. 30 and Sec. 31 from A1-EX to 4 parcels zoned RH-2 located at 4974 Hwy J. Mt. Horeb, WI.

5. Discussion/action on rezone application by Charles Wallman to rezone 1.83 acres from A-1EX to RH-3, adding to existing RH-3 parcel located at 8803 Airport Rd Middleton, WI.

6. Discussion/action on rezone application by Janet Hoopes to rezone land in Sec. 29 from A-1EX to 2 parcels zoned RH-2 located at 4690 Hwy J MT. Horeb, WI.

7. Discussion /action on application by Fred Dillett to rezone land in Sec. 8 and Sec. 9 located at 4334 Observatory Rd. Cross Plains, WI.

8. Discussion/action on application by Zach and Julie Zeimet to rezone land in Sec. 7 parcel #0707-07396903 located on Braun Rd. Cross Plains, WI.

9. Discussion/action on hiring a Consultant to help with the new comprehensive land use plan.

10. Discussion/ action on policies and procedure manual.

11. Anything else that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of Town Board may be in attendance.
