TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS MONTHLY MEETING
The Board of Supervisors of the Town Cross Plains will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, August 18, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 3734 County P. Agenda items known at this time are:
1. Public participation for three minutes on any item.
2. Dane County Ordinance Amendment #6 amending Chapter 10 requiring the review of zoning petitions and conditional use permit applications for consistency with the County and applicable Town comprehensive plans.
3. Discussion/action on declaration of Official public records in the Town of Cross Plains.
4. Discussion/action on notice of records access.
5. Discussion/action on policy on records retention.
6. Update on funding for the fire engine.
7. Snow plowing policy.
8. Discussion on burning policy for the Town.
9. Parks Commission report and recommendations from Gordy Lamberty.
10. Decision on a five-member board.
11. Request from Cheryl Kalscheur of the Red Mouse for outdoor music on Saturday, August 23 from 5:00 to 10:00.
