PLANNING COMMISSION –TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on August 20^th at 7:30 P.M. in the

Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI

1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve minutes of July 30^th, 2007 meeting
3. Information/possible action on rezone petition by Dave and Kathy Austin in section 29
4. Information/possible action on request for a change in zoning change from A1-EX to C-2  in sec 27 by John Peterson and Jim Wills
5. Information/possible action on request to amend the land use map as allowed in the Town’s Land Use Plan in sections 13 and 24  by Hawthorn & Stone
6. Possible work and action on:
1. survey questionnaire.
2. dsl line problems.
3. web site launch.
4. read/approve announcement notice to be sent to papers.
5. next step.  

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance.
