Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission Meeting

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday August 25, 2008 at 8:00 P.M. in the Town’s Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2.  Approve minutes of July 21, 2008 meeting.

3. Public comment on any item not on the agenda.   

4. Discussion/action on siting new cell towers in the Town of Cross Plains, Doug Dolan representing Verizon.

5. Discussion/action on hiring help to written the new comprehensive land use plan.

6. Discussion/action on policy for public participation at meetings.

7.  Discussion/action on hiring a secretary for the Plan Commission.

8.  Possible discussion/action on new land use plan

9. Anything else that may come before the Plan Commission.

Members of the Town Board of the Town of Cross Plains may attend the meeting at the above specified time and place.  Board members will attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the above agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.
