Plan Commission Agenda– Town of Cross Plains

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday January 14^th, 2008 at 7:30 P.M. in the Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. Approve minutes of December 17^th 2007 meeting.

3. Discussion/action on application by Jay and Catherine Young to change land boundaries on the four parcels they own at 4294 Observatory Rd. Cross Plains, WI.

4. Discussion/action on application by Anne Herger to Rezone  parcel #0707-172-98-401, 5.5 acres in Sec. 17 from A-1EX to RH-2

5. Discussion/action on survey.

6. Review expenses of Plan Commission Dec. - present.

7. Set date for Open House.

8. Review maps to use for open house.

9. Discussion/action on completing the Farm Land Preservation part of the new Comprehensive Plan before doing the plan elements.

10. Discussion/action on forming sub-committees on the Plan Commission.

11. Create form for the public to register at Plan Commission public hearings and/or public meetings.

12. Discussion/action on elements for new comprehensive plan.

13. Any other business that properly comes before the Plan Commission.
