Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission Meeting

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday July 21, 2008 at 8:00 P. M. in the Town’s Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. Approve minutes of June 30, 2008

3. Discussion with Gentle Editing on writing the new Comprehensive Plan.

4. Discussion with Brian Standing from Dane County Planning and Development on new Comprehensive Plan.

5. Discussion with Bill Rizzo from UW-Extension on public participation at meetings.

6. Discussion on new cell towers in the Town of Cross Plains.

7. Discussion/action on policy for public participation at meetings.

8. Discussion/action on hiring a secretary for Plan Commission.

9. Discussion/action on E-mailing interested citizens Plan Commission information.

10. Public comment on any item not on the agenda.

11. Anything else that may come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the town Board may be in attendance.
