Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission Monthly Meeting

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on July 9, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center 3734 County P. Agenda items at this time are:

1. Call meeting to order
2. Approve minutes of June 18, 2007 meeting
3. Information/possible action on a CSM on property located at 3303 Valley Spring Rd. Mt Horeb, WI.
4. Information / possible action on possible rezone by Fred Dillett, 4334 Observatory Rd. Cross Plains, WI.
5. Any other allowable business that may come before the Plan Commission
6. Discussion , amending and possible recommendations 

    A. Public Participation Plan

    B. Survey 

    C. Work on Chapter 1 of plan

    D. Web-site extension for the plan commission

    E. Possible scheduling of a work meeting before the next monthly meeting

It is possible that a majority of the Town Board may be in attendance
