Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission Meeting

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday June 30, 2008 at 8:00 P. M. in the Town’s Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. Public comment on any item not on the agenda.

3. Approve Minutes of June 30, 2008 meeting.

4. Discussion/ action on rezone application by Mickelson Dairy LLC, agent Julie Zeimet , to rezone  land from A-1EX to RH-2 , 4.32 acres located on Braun Rd. Cross Plains, Sec. 07 parcel # 070707396903 and Sec. 18 parcel # 070718280301, creation of one residential lot.

5. Discussion/action on contacting Plan Commission members.

6. Discussion on E-mail for interested citizens.

7. Discussion/action on public survey that was taken.

8. Discussion /action on policy for public participation at meetings.

9. Anything else that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance.
