TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS MONTHLY MEETING
The Board of Supervisors of the Town Cross Plains will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, June 9, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 3734 County P. Agenda items known at this time are:
1. Discussion and action on resolution for speaking at Board meetings.
2. Coy Bethel of Dane County Sheriff’s Department.
3. Petition #9864 by Charles Wallman to rezone 1.83 acres in Section 1 from A1 Ex to RH-3 at 8803 Airport Road.
4. Petition #9915 by Fred Dillett to rezone 11 acres in Section 9 from A-1Ex to RH-3 at 4334 Observatory Road.
5. Petition #9895 by Agent Ellie Boebel for Jerry Howery to rezone 2.85 acres in Section 18 from A-1 Ex to RH-o1 at 9495 Howery Road.
6. Petition #9922 by Anne Herger to rezone 5.5 acres in Section 17 from A1-Ex to RH-2 at the corner of Braun and Garfoot.
7. Bill Coyle for a license for St. Mary’s picnic on August 9 and 10.
8. Information about legal fee coverage from Rural.
9. Resolution/decision to adopt a policy for hiring individual contractors, attorneys, accountants and other vendors which includes a job description and to compare candidates’ qualifications for the job. In extenuating circumstances no more than $1,000 should be spent prior to going before the Board.
10. Consideration and/or decision on a motion for a five-member Board.
11. Resolution denying the application for an unsewered development district because the Town of Cross Plains Board of Supervisors has previously considered a map amendment for the parcel in question from agriculture preservation district to unsewered development district and decided that such a change was not appropriate.
