TO AUTHORIZE THE TOWN BOARD TO EXERCISE POWERS OF A VILLAGE BOARD, SECTION 60.12 OF THE WISCONSIN STATUTES

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that a Special Meeting called by the Town Board pursuant to Section 60.12 of the Wisconsin Statutes will be held at 8:00 P.M., Monday, March 10, 2008 at the Town of Cross Plains Town Hall (center) located at 3734 County Trunk Highway P in the Town of Cross Plains for the purpose of discussing matters related to the Town Board to exercise powers of a Village Board pursuant to Sections 60.10 (2)(C) and 60.22(3) of the Wisconsin Statutes and to take action pursuant thereto.
