MAY 5, 2008—10:00 A.M.—SPECIAL MEETING

            The Special Meeting was called to order by Chairman Harold Krantz at 10:02 a.m.  The meeting notice had been posted in three places.  Present were:  Chairman Harold Krantz, Supervisors Vera Riley and Bob Bowman, Clerk Ann Walden and Attorney Ed Corcoran.  Bob moved to go into executive session pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) to confer with legal counsel with respect to the Writ of Mandamus and Hawthorn & Stone/Faga petition, Vera seconded, motion approved.  At 12.07 p.m. Vera moved and Bob seconded to come out of executive session, motion passed.  At 12:08 p.m., Vera moved and Bob seconded to adjourn, motion passed.
