NOTICE

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday, November 12, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. in the Community Center at 3734 County P.

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approve minutes of October 15^th meeting

3. Information/possible action on rezone application #9815 by Jerome Esser to rezone 20 acres in Section 27 from A-1EX to A-2 at 4144 County J.  Separating existing residence and farm buildings from farm.

4. Work on budget for Plan Commission

5. Discussion/action on rezone, conditional use permit application form.

6. Discussion/possible action on the Plan Commission having its own checking account.

7. Discussion/possible action on the website for the Plan Commission.

8. Any other business that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance.
