AGENDA NOTICE

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on  Nov. 26^th 2007, the 4^th Monday, at 8:00 P.M. in the Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1.   Call Meeting to order.

2.   Approve minutes of November 12^th 2007 meeting.

3.   Discussion/action on Arnold Harris’ role with the Plan Commission.

4.   Discussion/action on land use petition application form.

5.   Discussion on letter from James Mueller regarding interpreting the Town of Cross Plains 1981 Land Use Plan.

6.   Discussion/action on a recommendation to the Town Board of a proposed fee for a public hearing on applications for amending the land use plan.

7.   Set public hearing dates for remapping of the following lands from Agricultural Preservation District to Unsewered Development District:

a. Hawthorn & Stone: lands, including the former Uebersetzig farm owned by Carter & Hudson at 4083 Timber Lane and Showers’ property on Timber Lane located in sections 13 & 24.

b. John A. Rafoth: 10 acres of parcel 0707-131-9780-3 located at 7966 Old Sauk Pass Road in section 13.

c. Kathleen A. Reeder and Steven I. Lowenberg: 37 acres of parcel 0707-014-8000-0 located in section 1.

8.   Discussion/action on survey.

9.   Discussion/action on public participation at public meetings and public hearings.

10. Any other business that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance.
