TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS MONTHLY MEETING
The Board of Supervisors of the Town Cross Plains will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, October 13, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 3734 County P. Agenda items known at this time are:
1. Public participation for three minutes on any item.
2. Dane County Sheriff’s deputy Mike Zach.
3. Discussion and possible action on contracting with an accountant to review financial concerns.
4. Appointment of an ordinance development committee.
5. Snow plowing policy.
6. Discussion and action on policy for signing checks.
7. Discussion on reimbursement per meeting and mileage expenses.
8. Set budget hearing date.
9. Update on Intergovernmental Committee.
10. Report on Capital Area Regional Planning Commission.
11. Discussion/decision on petitions for rezones which would include all necessary information.
12. Oak Valley Park Bond action.

14. Discussion/possible action on Planning Commission Contract with Dane County.
