Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission

The Plan Commission will meet on Monday, October 15, 2007 at 7:30 p.m. at the Community Center, 3734 County P.  Agenda item known at this time are:

1. Call meeting to Order

2. Approve minutes of the Oct 1^st and Oct 8^th meetings

3. Possibly set date for public hearing requested by Hawthorn & Stone,

Janice Faga agent, to change lands located in sections 13 and 24

Of the Town of Cross Plains from the Agricultural Preservation District

to the Unsewered Development District.

4. Discussion/action on form for applicants for property splits, rezones, etc.

5. Discussion/action on letter from law firm representing Citizens for Good

       Land Use.

6. Review Maps of township to use for new comprehensive plan

7. Any other business that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance
