The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission

will meet on Monday

October 1^st 2007 at 8:00 P.M. in the Community Center at 3734 County

P Cross Plains, WI

1. Information/possible action on rezone petition #9778 by Gary

Laufenberg to rezone from A-1Ex to RH-1 and A-1 to A-2 on

property at 9220 West Mineral Point Road Mt. Horeb, WI.

2. Work on finalizing survey for new comprehensive land use plan.

3. Review mailing list for survey.

4. Newspaper announcement for survey.

5. Discussion/possible action on web site for Plan Commission.

6. Discussion/possible action on information required for a rezone,

       conditional use permit, land splits, and or land use plan map amendment

7. Any other business that may properly come before the Plan Commission.

A majority of the Town Board may be in attendance
