Town of Cross Plains Commission Meeting

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on Monday September 15,2008 at 8:00P.M. in the Town’s Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI.

1. Call Meeting to order.

2. Approve minutes of August 25, 2008 meeting.

3.  Public Comment on anything not on the agenda.

4. Discussion/action on siting a new cell tower at 9444 West Mineral Point Road Mt. Horeb, WI. Doug Dolan representing Verizon Wireless

5. Discussion/action on recommending to the Town Board that the Town contracts with Dane County Planning and Development to assist the Commission in development of the Town’s new Comprehensive Plan.

6. Discussion/action on recommending the Town Board adopt the Public Participation Plan.

7. Discussion/action on moratorium on cell towers, billboards and wind turbines to generate electricity for personal or utility use.

8. Anything else that may come before the Plan Commission.

9. Possible work on new Comprehensive plan.

Members of the Town Board of the Town of Cross Plains may attend the meeting at the above specified time and place.  Board members will attend for the purpose of gathering information regarding the above agenda.  No votes or other action will be taken by the Town Board at this meeting.
