Plan Commission Meeting – September 17, 2007

The Town of Cross Plains Plan Commission will meet on September 17th at 7:30 P.M. in

the Community Center at 3734 County P. Cross Plains, WI

1. Call meeting to order

2. Approve minutes of Sept. 4th meeting

3. Information / possible action on rezone petition #9778 by Gary Laufenberg Rezone

from A-1 EX to RH-1 and A-1 to A-2 at 9220 West Mineral Point Mt. Horeb, WI

4. Information / possible action on rezone application by Mark Farrell at 4254 County

J, Mt. Horeb, WI, to separate farm buildings from farm land.

5. Possible information from Brian Standing of Dane County Planning and

Development.

6. Work on Survey completion, Public Participation Plan, and Newspaper

announcement

7. Discussion/possible action on the web site for the Plan Commission

8. If time permits work on new Comprehensive Land Use Plan

a. review maps of township

b. next step

9. Any other business that may come before the commission.

A Majority of the Town Board may be in attendance

Changes are in italics. The amendment of 9-14 was due to misprinting item 3. I had divided

it into two ( 3 and 4) by mistake.
