LEGAL NOTICE
TOWN OF CROSS PLAINS MONTHLY MEETING
The Board of Supervisors of the Town Cross Plains will hold their regular monthly meeting on Monday, September 8, 2008, at 8:00 p.m. in the Community Center, 3734 County P. Agenda items known at this time are:
1. Public participation for three minutes on any item.
2. Discussion and possible action on contracting with an accountant to review financial concerns.
3. Discussion and possible action on creating an ordinance development committee.
4. Snow plowing policy.
5. Discussion on burning policy for the Town.
6. Appointments to Parks Commission, pursuant to recommendation from the Parks Commission.
7. Decision on raising the rates for the rental of the Park.
8. Discussion and possible action on supporting Northwest Dane Senior Services for 2009.
9. Update on Intergovernmental Committee
10. Report on Capital Area Regional Planning Commission.
11. Action to Adopt the Ordinance Amendment creating a Moratorium on land subdivision plats and certain rezonings.
12. Discussion/Decision on petitions for rezones submitted to the Board which would include the Dane County parcel number, address of the parcel, name of the owner requesting the change, name of petitioner if different from the owner and a map of the parcel.
13. Northwest Dane update.
14. Update on the roads.
15. Fire District Updates.
16. Update on American Transmission Company.
17. Approval of bills for payment.
18. Any other items that may properly come before the Board.
